Assistant General Counsel - Privacy & Marketing

As an assistant general counsel-privacy & marketing in Progressive's Corporate Law Department, you will provide counsel to all areas of the business concerning privacy matters with a focus on privacy compliance and support for Progressive's Marketing and Acquisition business groups, including review of advertising, sweepstakes, contests and joint marketing ventures, and contracts. This will be a visible role in a highly regarded function with daily opportunities to be a strategic, hands-on legal partner to Progressive's business operations. Location:
Open to working remotely Must have qualifications Juris Doctorate (J.D.) $80K -- $100K
