As a talent acquisition manager on our high-volume recruiting team, you'll lead a team of experienced recruiters while managing the daily operations and end-to-end talent acquisition processes. You'll work closely with business partners to create recruiting strategies that align field talent acquisition with Progressive's growth objectives. Location:
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training Must have qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 6 years of recruiting/talent acquisition, functional HR or business operations experience, with a minimum of 3 of those years leading people, process, projects, or cross-functional teams In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a minimum of 8 years of recruiting/talent acquisition, functional HR or business operations experience, with a minimum of 3 of those years leading people, process, projects, or cross-functional teams Preferred skills Strategic planning ability, with creative solution orientation in managing forecasted hiring needs Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices Ability to partner with internal business leaders; advising, influencing, and making sound judgment calls; solid negotiating skills and decision-making capabilities Compensation Salary range:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
