Site Engineer
Job Family Definition:
Within the family there is a range of technical and managerial customer on-site functions. The family of jobs is focused on managing the onsite delivering of software services, pre-sales, post-sales or service delivery support, installation and configuration for customer environments. The jobs solve various business systems, networking and applications problems for standard industry servers, specialized or complex clustered environments. Deliver reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreement to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provides direct post-sales systems on site technical support for reactive and proactive customers. Each position maintains a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring clear business and technical solution alignment, clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met. Jobs are responsible for HPE Total Customer Experience as well as the revenue growth, profitability, and account retention. Management Level Definition:
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees. What you bring to the role:

excellent time management, strong ability to prioritize multiple interdependencies across different threads, clear communication with an attention to tuning the delivery and style, knowledge of industry trends, broad technical knowledge, strong business acumen, assistance and guidance on complex issues, strategic account support, solution formation and leadership to the Mission Critical delivery team in planning, delivering, and managing complex support solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and delivering Value Based Delivery (VBD) account plans for assigned accounts. This is an onsite position that requires customer engagement.
