Summary:
Necco has an opportunity for a career as a Psychologist.
The Psychologist will provide testing to help with diagnosis, intellectual functioning, and determining qualifications for services.
The Psychologist will also help grow teammates through supervision and training of Psychometricians.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:
Completing psychological tests as requested by the treatment team Providing a completed report with the results of tests administered Supervision of Psychometricians Reviewing and signing off on tests completed by Psychometricians Productivity and Supervision Meet timelines for reporting Schedule administration of tests in a timely manner Ensure complete and correct data is entered into the Electronic Health Record, according to timeframes outlined in policy and/or regulation Risk Prevention and Management Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and staffing of all critical incidents Understand and follow HIPPA related regulations Collaborate with team regarding critical incidents Report all instances of suspected abuse, neglect, or any incident defined as critical Remain current on all required certifications and ongoing trainings for position Corporate Citizen Practice Ruthless Pragmatism Engage in peer to peer feedback Know and live the Necco Corporate Culture Principles Embody the three essential virtues of humble, hungry, and smart Drive your Individual Performance Scorecard Adhere to and contribute to the Necco meeting structure Position
Qualifications:
PsyD License in Psychology Experience with mental health disorders Valid Driver's License Limited Liability Auto Insurance Coverage of 100/300/100 Organizational, and Written/Oral Communications skills Must have the skills necessary to navigate and execute several software programs (i.
e.
Microsoft offices, Databases, Electronic Health Records, Dashboards, etc.
) Successful completion of all required Criminal Background checks and drug screenings (if applicable) Ability to adhere to scheduled and unplanned deadlines Willingness to travel and attend training Successful completion of all required training related to role Recommended Skills Administration Communication Dashboard Databases Electronic Medical Record Finance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
