Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients within the assigned market segment.
Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and online research to generate new leads.
Consultative Selling:
Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges.
Conduct thorough product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value our offerings provide.
Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional support throughout the sales process.
Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline through accurate and up-to-date record keeping using CRM software.
Regularly update management on sales progress, forecasts, and potential roadblocks.
Negotiation and Closing:
Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Achieve Targets:
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Strive to consistently contribute to the company's revenue growth and market expansion efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, with 1 year of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and present solutions.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with the resilience to handle objections and rejections.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
