Responsibilities :
Owns the design, development, implementation, and measurement of assigned programs.
Aligns learning and development solutions to the talent principles and career stages of the organization; drives a continuous learning and growth mindset that builds organizational capability to support current and future skill needs.
Ensures experiential learning is leveraged to accelerate development.
Partners with key stakeholders to analyze learning solution effectiveness and adoption; identifies performance, trends, and opportunities.
Gathers feedback regarding opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
Integrates the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and associated messaging in all relevant learning solutions and experiences to reinforce the organization's commitment to personal growth and development, ensuring a positive employee experience that reflects the values and culture of the organization.
Enables the overall strategy and developing the execution of designing, developing, managing, delivering, and maintaining corporate learning and development programs or business unit/segment training programs, vendor relationships and performance.
Acts as a recognized learning and development subject matter expert for assigned business unit/segment(s).
Utilizes technical and functional knowledge, adult learning methodologies, learning modalities, visual design tools, and assessment methodologies to evaluate audience-specific learning needs and create appropriate learning solutions.
Manages and oversees learning solution design for assigned enterprise efforts including planning, needs analysis, audience identification, resource requirements, communication, delivery, and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of the solution.
Maintains effective and ongoing communication with, appropriate partners, collaborates effectively within the business unit/segment and across the organization to remain current on trends, shares new information and best practices, and identify impacts to learning and development programs.
Develops and delivers engaging and effective training sessions using a variety of methods, such as classroom training, virtual training, e-learning, and blended learning, to ensure that employees acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively and grow their careers Conducts needs assessments to identify performance gaps, learning needs, and skill development opportunities within the organization; designs learning solutions to address those needs.
Develops and manages learning programs and initiatives, including creating learning objectives, designing, and delivering training solutions, coordinating logistics, managing resources, and evaluating program effectiveness.
Evaluates the effectiveness of learning programs through various assessment methods, gathering feedback from learners and stakeholders, and using data to continuously improve learning initiatives to measure their impact on employee performance and organizational goals.
Utilizes learning technologies, such as learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, and other e-learning platforms, to design, deliver, and manage learning programs and track learner progress.
Ensures compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Stays updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of learning and development, and continuously improves professional skills through ongoing learning and development opportunities.
May perform talent management responsibilities for up to two employees including navigation of employee related issues that impact morale and work environment to ensure a high performing team.
This includes hiring and selection, succession planning, performance and compensation management, and employee development and career coaching, as required.
Manages priorities and workload distribution and removes barriers that impede progress.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in Organizational Learning and Development.
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or Human Resources or a related field and/or commensurate experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) (Preferred) Physical
Essential Functions:
ability to work 40 hours in an office environment (sitting, standing, on a computer, etc.
), operate office related technology (computer, phone, etc.
), travel as required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
