100% remote (Must work out of Denver, Colorado or Cleveland, OH) Responsibilities Lead teams to develop software applications effectively and efficiently based on software application design documents and user requirements.
o Implement and assist in the development of software application systems.
o Work with business product owners and Architects to develop requirements for our software systems.
o Break down complex requirements and software into digestible work for junior team members o Create software application designs that translate user requirements into scalable software systems.
o Maintain application diagrams and propose app modernization ideas with diagrams.
o Create and maintain standards and technical direction for the applications and team.
o Delegate technical support and troubleshooting on a day-to-day basis for our business application owners.
o Train and mentor junior developers and new team members.
Requirements

years' experience successfully developing web services for Windows platforms using Microsoft technologies o Experience with Delphi 6, Microsoft C+
and/or other legacy software development systems.
o Knowledge of batch systems and design and development of systems with high volumes of transactions over distributed systems.
o Experience with C#,.
NET and.
NET Core, MS SQL, service oriented architecture, and automated unit testing with mocking o Service development using SOAP and/or REST architecture o implementing CI/CD automation for application testing, build, and deploy o Exposure to Cloud-based software design principles o Excellent estimation skills, able to provide reasonable estimates for your work and others o Strong written and oral communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, teamwork, and strong problem-solving skills are necessary o BS or MS in computer science or related technical field o Experience with JSON, SAML/OATH, Mongo DB, Cloud Computing, and Dependency Injection is desired o Agile software development experience and familiarity with the Atlassian stack is a bonus o Experience in Secure Coding design and implementation is a plus Recommended Skills.
