Cognitive Performance Coach, Lead
Key Role:
Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of psychology, performance psychology, counseling, or kinesiology to conduct research across seven functional areas, including cognitive enhancement and accelerated learning, instructor development and training, tactical training, holistic human performance training, curriculum development technology and software development and research, program evaluation and assessment. Analyze and identify needs and provide viable interventions, including training and performance support. Analyze the development of research procedures. Leverage simulation technology and biofeedback to promote excellence and efficiency during physical, technical, and tactical training, including during the challenges of combat operations or pressure situations. Gather data and compile information into documents regarding sport psychology, including mental and cognitive enhancement training techniques. Provide expertise in the subject matter, including applying industry best practices of operational and functional physical fitness from military and professional sports to the development of training and other technology-based learning solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with psychology, counseling, or kinesiology, including sport or performance psychology
Experience with building statistical models and developing machine learning algorithms
Experience with data visualization and programming languages, including Python, R, Scala, or Java
Knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts
Secret clearance
MA or MS degree
Army Performance Expert Certification
Certified Consultant with Association for Applied Sports Psychology
Additional Qualifications:
TS/SCI clearance
PhD degree
Graduate of the Army's Master Resilience Training Course
Clearance:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
